About me

Hi I'm Christina, I’ve loved being around animals for as long as I can remember, having grown up with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, chickens and more; plus regularly caring for the pets of friends and family over the years. Starting the Trusty Lead has given me the chance to spend more time outdoors doing what I truly enjoy—looking after animals and giving them the care and attention they deserve. Alongside my lifelong love of animals, I bring over 15 years of experience from the charity sector, including work in animal welfare and mental health, which has shaped my caring, reliable, and trustworthy approach. My goal is simple: to make sure every walk and visit leaves your animal friends happy, safe, and content.

Services and Prices

Providing loving care for your pets when you can't be there. From energising walks to personalised visits, I'm dedicated to keeping your furry friends happy and healthy.

The Trusty Lead covers Godalming and surrounding villages.

Dog Walking

Energising walks, on or off the lead to keep your furry friends healthy and happy.

• £16 for a 1-hour group walk

  • maximum of 4 dogs per group

  • £12 for additional dogs from the same household

• £24 for a 1-hour one-on-one walk

• £28 for two 1-hour group walks in the day

• Safe transport

• Muddy paws and wet coats towel dried.

Pet Visits

House Sitting

Personalised visits during the day to ensure your pets receive love and attention.

• £14 per half-hour visit

• Includes playing, feeding, refilling water bowls

• Toilet breaks in the garden or on a short walk

• Lots of cuddles

• £20 per half-hour for evening (after 6pm) and weekend visits.

Security for your house and stress-free companionship for your pets in their own home.

• From £40 per night

  • £5 per extra animal

• One dog walk per day included, additional walk £16

• Includes light house-work; watering plants, vacuuming, keeping your garden tidy.

How it works

If you are interested in having the Trusty Lead care for your animal companions, just get in touch and I will arrange a free, no obligation 30-min introductory meeting.

I know how important it is to feel comfortable and happy with your animal carer so during the introductory meeting we will;

• get to know you and your pets

• agree suitable time and days for walks or visits

• go through a few questions so we know all your pets quirks, likes and dislikes

• review and sign our contract and disclaimer form

• if necessary, exchange keys.
